Must read: Rolex Daytona Reference 16520 white Floater, not enamel dialed Floater
Interesting find by my friend Boris Pjanic – check it out at http://watchesandart.blogspot.nl/2013/05/rolex-daytona-reference-16520-white.html
Spotted: Eberhard 300 Scafograf.
I must say, this somewhat unusual diver looks great – chunky, classic and warm. The markers and hands give a great twist to a otherwise classic design.

Must See: Omega Speedmaster Professional ref. 145.0052 yellow gold limited edition.
I love 18kt Speedies.. And this one looks particularly good. Limited edition made in 999 pieces to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 27CHRO movement, the base caliber for the 321.

Spotted: stunning IWC Aquatimer reference 812.
This is of course the inspiration for the recently discontinued Vintage Collection Aquatimer.. And it’s a stunner! On original bracelet – WOW!

‘I think that 2013 is a continuation of a trend we have probably seen from 2008 or shortly later. No matter if you’re an experienced or novice collector, the times where shoppers are coming to just spend some money are over. You are dealing with 1000 bidders at an auction: online, written, on the telephone, and in the room. They know what they’re doing, so unless you’re an absolutely on-the-pulse-of-the-market scholar, you’ve already lost out on your position.‘
Property Of A Gentleman: Omega Flightmaster ref. ST145.036 caliber 911
The Flightmaster is a great watch. Unusual, funky, but great.. This watch is from the second generation movement-wise, powered by caliber 911 with running seconds hand at 9 instead of the caliber 910 pieces which have a 24h hand at 9. Great stuff – condition seems excellent.

Property Of A Gentleman – well, it’s me- : IWC Ingenieur SL reference 3305
Small, sleek and quartz, but boy, do I love this one!
Property Of A Gentleman: Rolex Submariner 5513
This one belongs to a friend. You know the funny part? The strap is a €4 piece which was (or still is?) available at Hema – a dutch department store.
